Sarah has been spreading the love through art, photography, and film. She creates heart shaped routes and then spreads the love around through her website. Sarah’s initiative has lead to an element of storytelling, and fitness combined. The heart shaped route idea started off in London with a charity, raising money for World Vision and South Sudan. People engage in these bike tours for charity, to celebrate a milestone, to get fit and active. It was created with the idea of wellbeing. Exercise is good for the heart and mind.
