Today on the show we will be talking to Doris Knickmeyer. Doris studied Law and Management at the University of Bielefeld in Germany before moving to Barcelona. Here, she works with Sustainn, a consultancy firm that applies Circular Economy to help companies develop economical, social and environmentally sustainable products and services. Doris also founded the Zero Waste Barcelona Network, a network for sharing information and experience about reducing waste and engaging in activism.
